Could you please confirm the Version of WordPress, Woocommerce and Browser and its Version. Did you fill in all the required fields before you hit ‘Save Template’.

Hi Guys, Fixed the issue. As, the issue occurs if there is no active “WooCommerce” plugin at the time of installing plugin “WC Abandoned Cart Recovery”. So, now it is fixed by deactivating the plugin if there is no active “WooCommerce” at the time of installation. Can you please download the latest version of plugin and let us know if any issues.

Hi, can you please remove the plugin and re install it to test with the latest plugin? I guess you unable to notice the error messages while adding template. As, error messages will display in top of the page. Now it is fixed by scrolling to show error message.

It should work with combination of “WordPress v4.4 and WooCommerce v2.4.12”. As, we tested. Could you provide the values that are used while “Adding New Template”. We would try to reproduce the issue and get back to you.

Can you tell us which version of “wordpress” and “woocommerce” you are using.
