WPtouch SupportHi Gerard,
Glad to know you’re enjoying WPtouch!
There are a number of things you can adjust with some more CSS to allow the titles to be fully visible, after reducing the size of the page title area. For example, you can decrease the size, line-height, and padding on the title text. Try something like:
.post-page-head-area.bauhaus .post-title { line-height: 100% !important; font-size: 100% !important; padding: 5px 5px !important; }
Adjust the values and add to this to suit.

WPtouch SupportHi @alaa401,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. Can you share the URL of the website in question for us to take a look. If you’d like, you can activate WPtouch, but disable its display in Settings > General > Display. We’ll then use the preview theme URL (yoursite.com/?wptouch_preview_theme=enabled) while we take a look. This way, your mobile visitors will continue to see the desktop theme in the meantime.
Regards,
Emilio Rivera

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Not Working ProperlyHi Piyush,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. It’s not the experience we want any user of WPtouch to have.
Can you share the URL of the website in question? In the meantime, you may want to check if another one of the active plugins is conflicting by deactivating each one at a time in the Plugins page in WordPress. If you have a large number of active plugins, start with the ones you suspect may be causing the issue.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Search bar woocomerceHi Beto,
At this time, WPtouch (free) is not compatible with WooCommerce. In WPtouch Pro, our MobileStore theme includes official support for WooCommerce. You can view our live demo sites of it here:

WPtouch SupportHi @cpaprotna,
WPtouch and WPtouch Pro uses device (user agent) detection to determine if the mobile theme should be displayed. An exception is with the Classic Redux theme, which includes tablet support. It uses user agent detection to determine if the device is a mobile device, then uses screen size to determine if the device is a tablet.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] No landing pageHi @tgoedde,
Yes, like @rene-rene says, the page is likely using shortcodes or something custom from the desktop theme. As a workaround, in the free version of WPtouch, you can select a different landing page in Settings > General > Landing Pages > Mobile front page.
The page can be an existing page or it can be a newly created page in WordPress. If you create a new page you can create it as “m” or “mobile”. Add the content to the page you want your mobile visitors to see and it should help resolve the issue.
Hi,
It looks like the website is currently in maintenance mode. If possible, provide a way for us to see, or attach some screenshots here and we’ll take a look. You can also paste exactly what the error message says and we’ll have a better idea of what is going on.
Hi David,
Inspecting the site, it looks like the nextgen gallery plugin may be conflicting. To check, briefly deactivate the nextgen gallery plugin in WordPress and check again.
If the issue is resolved, you may want to contact the folks over at nextgen and see if they can provide some insight as they’ll be more familiar with what their plugin is doing, and hopefully they can provide a fix for the issue.
Hi @bobjones,
We do not have a specific size we recommend as WPtouch will automatically scale the image to fit the header area. However, we recommend an image that is larger in width than in height and a transparent .png image to help it blend into the header area.
Hi @robertbtaylor,
First, please make sure that the issue is not caused by another one of the active plugins. Check by deactivating each one at a time, and see if you find a culprit. If you have a large number of active plugins, start with the ones you suspect may be causing the issue, like font and/or icon related plugins.
If that fails to work, activate a default theme like the Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Sixteen theme to check if the desktop theme is causing the issue. If that fails to work, please share the URL of the website in question and we’ll gladly take a look.
Hi,
Sorry about the inconvenience. There seems to be an issue with www.ads-software.com at the moment. Though, the update should be working now. Please try again and let us know if you continue to experience issues.

In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] menu iconHi @devinwalters9,
To assign custom menu icons, go to Appearance > Menus in your WOrdPress installation. Assign a custom menu to your WPtouch menu. Then, when editing the menu, click on a menu item to expand its additional options. You should see a “Change Icon” button. Click on it to select a different icon.
Hi @petebri,
Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. WPtouch does not automatically use the colors of the desktop theme. However, you can easily customize the colors in Appearance > Customize > Colors. The only theme that includes native support for tablets is the Classic Redux theme, which is a Pro-only theme.
To add iPad/tablet support to any of the WPtouch Pro themes that do not include tablet support by default, add the list of user agents below to Settings > Devices > Additional User Agents.
iPad
PlayBook
Xoom
P160U
SCH-I800
Nexus 7

The pages it cuts off, they might have a table or some other elements with a fixed width. If possible, please share the URL of one of the pages in question and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
