Hi Leonardo,
With WPtouch Pro’s child theme feature, you can fully customize the mobile theme. Child themes are a Pro-only feature. It works just just like child themes of a standard WordPress theme.
You are welcome to upgrade to WPtouch Pro to take advantage of the feature, and we’ll be happy to further assist you in our WPtouch Pro Support Center.

WPtouch SupportThanks for the info. Please double-check that WP Super Cache is configured per the instructions here – Configuring cache plugins for WPtouch.

WPtouch SupportHi @kurtf,
The latest version of WPtouch is compatible with WP Super Cache. The issue was only in an earlier version, and we quickly patched the issue.

WPtouch SupportWe have seen some desktop themes and/or plugins add their own “Additional CSS” option in the Customizer, but please make sure the CSS provided is added to the “Custom CSS” one which is WPtouch’s.
If it continues to not work, check for any cache plugins like @airdrummer said. If you host with Bluehost, then they recently added their own cache plugin. You can also share the URL of the website in question here and we’ll take a look.

WPtouch SupportHi @diggisaur,
Yes, there is. You can accomplish what you’re after by adding the CSS below to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS.
header { position: -webkit-sticky !important; left: 0 !important; right: 0 !important; top: 0px !important; }
Save the changes and it should take effect.

WPtouch SupportHi @ruthcory1,
Like @airdrummer says, the issue doesn’t seem to be specific to WPtouch, since the same issue seems to be happening in the desktop theme. Any shortcodes powered by a plugin should also be available in WPtouch. Only shortcodes powered by the desktop theme may not always be available in the WPtouch theme.
For those cases, WPtouch Pro includes a feature to process the desktop theme’s shortcodes in the WPtouch Pro theme.
So in the meantime, I would check that the plugin for the ‘riview’ shortcodes is active in the Plugins page in your WordPress Dashboard.

WPtouch SupportThank you for providing CSS @zonebattler can use to adjust his/her images. Unfortunately, unset isn’t supported IE, Android or Opera (mobile versions). The height property should also work and has better browser compatibility. Also, it didn’t sound like he was complaining, it was a legitimate question. These are community forums and we do appreciate you and other users helping each other, but it would be great if you would refrain from using unfriendly language.
You can try:
.comment .comment-body img {height: auto !important;}
You won’t see a difference, but mobile visitors using Android browser, Internet Explorer and Opera Mobile should also see the images scaled correctly.

WPtouch SupportHi Ralph,
Can you please provide a URL where we can see the issue? We’ll be happy to take a closer look and see what you may be able to do to resolve the issue.

WPtouch SupportHi,
Thank you for the information. The issue you are seeing is because the attorney pages are custom post types in WordPress. WPtouch does support custom post types but only in its Pro version.
In WPtouch Pro, the settings to activate custom post support and individual custom post types is in Settings > Site Compatibility > Custom Post Support.

Emilio Rivera
WPtouch SupportYes, if the issue only happens when their plugin is active. It means their plugin’s scripts are loading in the WPtouch Customizer settings (which they shouldn’t).
Regards,
Emilio Rivera
WPtouch SupportThe plugin you’re using is likely loading its scripts outside of its own admin pages and throughout the entire Customizer. Hopefully they are able to contain the plugin’s scripts in its own admin pages, or only where the scripts are needed. This is what WordPress recommends plugins and desktop themes to follow.

WPtouch SupportHi Per,
Some desktop themes block or alter access to the Customizer, and some even to the WordPress menu options.
As a workaround, other users will briefly deactivate the desktop theme and activate a default theme like the Twenty Fifteen or Twenty Sixteen theme while they customize the WPtouch Customizer settings. Then re-activate their desktop theme.

Emilio Rivera
WPtouch SupportHi,
What is the link leading to? Is it to a custom post type by any chance? If possible, please share the URL of the website in question and let us know what menu item it is. We’ll gladly take a closer look for you.

WPtouch SupportHi @1m9u9z7ii,
In Settings > Devices > Additional User Agents, add the user agent list below one at a time. Your theme will then be visible in the same tablets WPtouch Pro’s Classic Redux theme officially supports.

WPtouch SupportForum: Plugins
In reply to: [WPtouch - Make your WordPress Website Mobile-Friendly] Toggle doesn`t workHi,
We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the update. It’s not the experience we want any WPtouch user to have! We are currently looking into this and will aim at addressing it in an upcoming release soon. In the meantime, you can download a previous version of WPtouch from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wptouch/developers/.
Deactivate and delete the current version (your settings will remain safe) and upload/activate a previous version.

Emilio Rivera
