Hi @annenerenz. Which version of PHP are you running? If 8 or above, this is likely the cause of the critical error. We are close to releasing an update which will provide full compatibility with newer PHP versions (8.0+). Please see the pinned link. We apologize for the inconvenience; in the meantime, we’d recommend reverting to PHP 7.4 and waiting to update once the release is out, which should be very soon!

PHP issues are being worked on, there will be a release shortly that provides compatibility with 8.0+
