Thank you for sending the screenshots.

It looks like the option to show image on city page might be disabled in the WP Travel Engine plugin.

In your dashboard, – in the left sidebar

Please find the WP Travel Engine Tab
Under it, click on “Settings”
In the Settings page, click on “MISCELLANEOUS”
then below that click on “Display Settings”
and then find the option “Show Taxonomy Image”.

Make sure the checkbox for Show Taxonomy Image is checked and then scroll down and save the Settings page.

Now, refresh the city page and let me know if you can see the images or not.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have looked into your site.

It looks like the Featured images for cities are not being saved in the backend of the site.

Can you please log into your WP-admin and go to
Dashboard >> Trips >> Destinations and take a screenshot and share with me.

Please check if you are seeing the Images for cities in the Destinations category or not.

It should look something like the following:

Check the Thumbnail column and let me know if you are seeing the images for each city in that column or not.

Cities are added as a category under Destinations.

Please log into your Dashboard. WP-admin.

In the left sidebar, under “Trips” you will find a ” Destinations ” menu. Click that link

On the destinations list page, you will find a list of all the cities,

Click Edit under any city that you want to change the image for and then you will find the option to upload or remove features image for that city
