Hi @0xk3on,
As I just mentioned on the other thread we apologize for this inconvenience. And yes we are working on a minor plugin update that will remove the notice from all admin pages. The update will be released within next 12 hours.
First of all, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. It was an oversight from our end to show the notice to upgrade to the pro version on all the admin pages. We are immediately making a change in the plugin such that this notice appears only on our plugin pages and it is also dismissible. We will be releasing a minor update of the plugin with these changes first thing tomorrow which will be within 12 hours from now.
Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Some parts are in English and some in SpanishHi @dglite,
This is Upendra from tychesoftwares.com, developers of the Order Delivery Date Pro plugin.
I just wanted to inform you that the issue you faced came in our plugin after WP 6.5 and we have already fixed this issue in v10.11.1 of the Order Delivery Date Pro plugin so I recommend you to update the plugin to the latest version and this should be fixed.
Kind Regards,
Upendra.Hello @rmetayer, The thing is the fix that we released in v4.8.1 will work for new orders only. The invoice numbers & invoice dates for the existing orders will have to be updated manually through the database as they might have been overwritten. Also, only the Invoices that you must have opened were overwritten.
We apologize for this inconvenience and will make sure that issues like these don’t come up again after a future update.

In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] No customer supportHi @flexaftale,
First of all, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Can I please request you to share the support thread link or the ticket number where you have not heard back from us? The thing is we could not find it with only your username here.
I assure you that we will get this sorted with priority if given a chance.
Thank you,

In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] Delivery and Pickup optionHello @winner-singh,
This can be done by adding the Delivery and Pickup options as shipping methods under the WooCommerce Shipping settings. With the Pro version of the Order Delivery Date plugin you can also set different delivery schedules for both the delivery and pickup options.
Let me know if you will have any further queries regarding this and I will be happy to help!

In reply to: [Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce] Still getting Cut-off time errorHello,
That’s strange. This is working for us after the last update.
Just checked this on your site and it seems like the delivery date field which is appearing on your website is not powered by our plugin as the field ID is different compared to what we have in our plugin: https://prnt.sc/D3_7Xwjo4xUj
When you tried this after the update, did you perhaps enable the Enable Delivery Date option under our plugin settings? There is still a minor issue in which that error is coming when you have the Enable Delivery Date option disabled but the Mandatory field option enabled in our plugin. So, can I request you to check this once by making sure that the Enable Delivery Date option is enabled in our plugin and the delivery date field is coming from our plugin?
Kind Regards,
Upendra.Hello @abdoarafa,
It seems like I misunderstood the question. I checked it with a discount coupon applied but it seems like you are referring to the Regular Price and Sale Price you can set in WooCommerce.
The thing is we fetch the order details from WooCommerce only and if you check the edit order page under WooCommerce they don’t display the regular price there too. Only the sale price is displayed in the order details and hence our plugin also fetches the same information. But we will escalate this to our development team as an enhancement that we can consider in the future.

In reply to: [WP Content Copy Protection] Conflicts with WPformsHi Liliana,
Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this.
The thing is we have not provided compatibility with the WPForms plugin but I am asking our development team to look into this compatibility issue and if replicated we will surely consider working on this issue for a future update of the plugin.
Kind Regards,
Upendra.Hi @nikeri,
Apologies for the delay on this.
I will get this issue checked on our end with 300+ orders as you mentioned to see how bulk printing works with those many orders and will update you here with the results of the tests. Thank you for your patience.

In reply to: [Print Invoice & Delivery Notes for WooCommerce] FooterHi @charliemp,
The code snippet I sent you seems to be working fine for me for both the changes. Can you please make sure you have applied the correct code?
Like I said you can add it as a snippet using the Code Snippets plugin on your site.
If the issue persists, can you tell me which error you are getting while the website breaks? I think you will be able to see a fatal error under WooCommerce>> Status>> Logs section when the site breaks.
Kind Regards,
Upendra.
