I am so sorry for the inconvenient. It’s a strange problem.

Did you ever change the backup name?

You have to keep the backup name unchanged, because our plugin identifies the backup via backup name.

And, you have to make sure you uploaded all parts of the backup once if the backup had been split into many parts.

Would you please send a debug zip from the Debug tab of the plugin to support(@)wpvivid.com, it will help us locate the problem a lot, thank you so much:)
