In reply to: Inundated With New User Requests from .ru and Other AddressesHi there,
It looks like you are having issues with bots registration. Do you have the ReCaptcha service on that registration form?
ReCaptcha is a security service that protects your websites from them.
It should help you with this situation and you will not have to delete them since they would be blocked.
Kind Regards
You are very welcome Mike. We are here to share experiences.
If it is not too much to ask, can you please mark this topic as resolved?
Stay safe.
Did you try to reinstall your WordPress core?
Also, try to flush the permalinks in the settings. Just re-save them.

In reply to: Some WP blocks are not showing after installing caching plugin@sankasoysa Can you specify which blocks you are not seeing and I will compare that with what I am seeing on my side? In that way, you will know if you are having issues with the browser cache or the new caching plugin.
You can try to delete your browser cache first or you can try to check your website from the incognito mode to isolate the browser cache.
@sadam77 Can you please open a new topic for your issue?
Just go on this link and at the bottom of the page, you will see the options for that.
https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/It seems that your popup was created with Elementor and the trigger action for opening the popup is set to “on click” and the number of clicks is 1.
It is opening if you click on a text or image too when you came to any page.
Check the section “Set Triggers” on this link: https://elementor.com/help/popups/

In reply to: ERRO Under Development Website under development.Hi, it seems that there is an active “Maintenance mode” from some plugin or theme.
You should try disabling the plugins or switching to some default WordPress theme to isolate the problem and see what is causing it.
You can find instructions on how to disable plugins without accessing the WP Admin on this link: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/

In reply to: Google Showing Japanese Keywords For Ymy WebsiteYou can try with some of the plugins from this list: https://blogvault.net/wordpress-malware-removal-plugins/

In reply to: Google Showing Japanese Keywords For Ymy WebsiteYour website is probably infected with malware. You should check that first and clean it.
Also, you should check if your website is up-to-date and reset your passwords to avoid reinfection.
Once you cleaned your website, Google will need some time to re-index your URLs and content to confirm that those Japanese text doesn’t exist anymore on your website.
To speed up that, you can submit a request for recrawling.

In reply to: Mobile menu click not workingHi there,
I was able to see some jQuery issues in the browser console which can cause this type of issue.
You should try installing this plugin Enable jQuery Migrate Helper.
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/If the default settings don’t help, try changing the jQuery version to the Legacy version.
You can find the settings of the plugin in Tools>jQuery Migrate helper>Settings tab.
