Thanks for that very quick response! Sorry about the \a. Just missed it.
It does indeed work now, if I save the contact block while I’m still in text mode in the editor. I was having the problem before (even with a correct /a) because I was going back to visual mode and then saving the contact block. If you do that, apparently the editor changes what you had while in text mode.

I’m attempting now to use variables in the contact block, but the %% is not being recognized. I’ll start a new topic if I can’t get it to work.

    Thanks again.

Can’t show you with printscreen, but have checked for errors using Firebug in Firefox and it does not show any errors.

I much appreciate your help, but will not take your time for teamviewer yet. There are some other things I want to try first, but will leave this topic open.

I do have the latest WordPress & plugin versions.
Some day I hope to have the site out there where you can see it. In any case, the modal looks great & works well without the image frame.

Thanks for taking the time that you already have.

Thank you for such a quick response!

The basic problem is that in the “Loading Image” setting, no matter which color or size image I choose, the modal appears without it.

In the folder assets/images/loading the many gifs of various colors and sizes look (to me) like the spokes of a wheel. As the modal is loading, one of those appears for only about a second. – (Sorry – my “briefly” could have meant anything.)

The modal works and looks great without the image, but I posted this thinking it may be a key to some other problem (The “Draggable” setting causes problems, but I’ll leave that for another post.)

    Thanks again.
