In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] AttendeesAh great, can you please send us a message on our website? It’s against www.ads-software.com’s terms and conditions to offer support to our pro customers here.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] AttendeesHi, attendees are marked as ‘Attended’ when they visit the webinar.
The time attended fields are available in WebinarPress Pro. Can you tell me which version you are using?

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Still no updates?Hi there, sorry you are running into issues.
Can you let us know specifically what you are referring to?.
Thanks!
Hi, thanks for your message!
1. WebinarPress Pro should integrate properly with membership plugins by limiting accessing to the webinar to certain WordPress users or groups. So if your paid members are members of a WordPress group you can configure the webinar so that only that group can access it.
2. You can also enable the ‘Auto-register WordPress users’ option so that logged in WordPress users don’t need to enter their name/email to register for a webinar. Attendees will still receive notifications via email.
3. The plugin chat is separate from YouTube’s chat, so if somebody leaves a message on YouTube it will not be shown in the WebinarPress chat.
Please let me know if we can be of any more help or you can email us directly at [email protected].

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Record while playing a video?Hi, I’m afraid WebinarPress doesn’t support anything like that at the moment.
What kind of reaction were you hoping to record?

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] WordPress Webinar Pages?I understand about the custom pages and was the reason I paid for the pro version but when you assign it to one of your own pages none of the content goes with it so filling out all the webinar info and video is pointless and since there’s at least a shortcode available for those elements (except the form) then it’s pointless to even fill out that information if you’re going to use it.
You are correct, if you are going to use custom pages then you do not need to fill in the information in the webinar editor.
What I don’t understand is why those pages are not generated as a regular WP page as they should be.
Due to the dynamic nature of those pages it’s not practical to generate them as separate WordPress pages.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] No Updates For 3 Months?Hi Art, thanks for the feedback, I can certainly understand your concern.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] WordPress Webinar Pages?Hi Art, because of the dynamic nature of the webinar pages (registration, confirmation, countdown, webinar) WebinarPress generates it’s own pages based on the same URL so you can’t edit them in the same way as you would a normal WordPress page.
With WebinarPress pro you can create your own custom registration and confirmation pages that you can edit with your SEO plugin. Once setup you just configure the pages in your webinar settings.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Troubles with some Live functionsAh great. if you are using WebinarPress Pro would you mind sending us an email to [email protected]? You will get much faster and complete support there ??
> Yes I have installed the plugin called Cookie Notice & Compliance for GDPR / CCPA
These don’t sound like caching plugins exactly so I’m not sure they will be causing the issue. If you can send an email to us using the above link we’ll be able to take a look at your webinar directly and see if we can see the issue.
> I did webinars with 50 to 200 users at the same time.
What kind of problems have you been seeing with those attendees?

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] CTA for WebianrHi Noshad, apologies for the delay.
Yes you can but you’d need to be using WebinarPress Pro to display CTAs to your attendees. They can be shown automatically at a certain time in your webinar or manually by the webinar host.
Please let me know if we can be of any more help.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] No Updates For 3 Months?Hi Art,
We are working on some fairly large changes on the pro version at the moment so we haven’t released an update to the free version for a while.
Rest assured updates the plugin is still in active development ??
