In reply to: [Redis Object Cache] Not connectedAh thanks a lot! Turned out to be my silly mistake in the config file where I set limit in bytes instead of to mb. Appreciate the help!
I just want to say here, maybe on the off chance that someone reads this and considers changing plugin. I moved here fro support candy and I couldn’t be happier ??
Support candy might be cheaper, but you get what you pay for, it doesn’t even come close to the features provided by awesome support.
If you are a developer, there’s no comparison. The Main reason I moved was the lack of ability to customise support candy while Awesome support have done an awesome job at making it easy to customise.
I’ve still got my developer training wheels on but I’ve been able to customise this immensely without too much difficulty. I kept finding everything impossible to customise with Support Candy. Good luck though.
Having said all that, I am here to report a potential bug, so it does indeed come with bugs, but integrating such a diverse support plugin, was always going to introduce bugs. I’ve searched high and low and trialled all support desk plugins available on WordPress, literally all of them, and I have to say, this is by far the best. I would naturally expect there to be bugs. I wish the development team all the best and hopefully the team can grow and they’ll be able to fix bugs more efficiently.

Ah great, came here to report the issue but seems you’re on it. Hope it’s addressed as I really like this plugin and don’t want to change. Thanks for developing ??
Getting this from the jquery migrate helper, but I’m sure you are aware of it
This page generated the following warnings:

In reply to: [Awesome Support - WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin] Elementor templateYou can just use the shortcodes on any Elementor template, I integrate this plugin with Elementor seamlessly ??
I’m having the exact same issue! Just wondering, did you bother to test this at all? If not, it’s not very good support.
The error code and the line of error is right there, and clearly it’s an issue with the code. Quite a bit of time has been wasted now and all that’s been done is asking for PHP version?
You only need to test this on your local development site and you will see the error, probably no need for admin access to someone else’s site. I believe this is an error in the code.
Just to add, wp version is 5.5, PHP version is 7.3.23, and there are only 3-4 plugins activated on this site.
$double_optin_templates = ['' => esc_html__('Select...', 'mailoptin')] + Connect::get_instance()->get_double_optin_template();
Looks like an error in the code where using addition (+) on an array which I confirmed by removing the array & testing with
esc_html__('Select...', 'mailoptin') + Connect::get_instance()->get_double_optin_template();
But of course, this brings up a Warning: A non-numeric value encountered.Looks like it’s connected though, because this code only runs
if (true == $connected)
but still surely needs to be looked at. Can’t access the page with fatal error.Thanks again for the quick reply. I’ve customised my cart page a bit, do you think this will have any effect? Please view my checkout here
It’s just saying 1 point under 1 of the products, doesn’t make much sense.
Lets say I want to offer 10% rewards points and they spend Rp156,000, can it display as something along the lines of “You’ll earn 15600 reward points for this order” ?

Thank you for the swift reply. The order has not been marked as complete as we’re still testing so that would definitely be the reason. Thank you.
I have another question if you don’t mind. How can I get it to display on the checkout page how many points they will earn? Or on single product pages?
Currently, it doesn’t display anywhere on the website about points except for the registration page it says ‘you’ll earn 5000 points for Signup’.
The other issue is, please look at this screenshot and look at how the ‘ways to earn points’ is displaying in the my account section.

Thank you for your response. I will check out your recommendations and thanks for adding my request as a feature request ??
Hi Tomer, thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
I’m just picking this up now and was looking to implement your suggestion, however, as far as I am aware, the plugin automatically inserts the code into my wordpress site. If that’s the case, how & where do I add the code?

In reply to: [Free Downloads WooCommerce] Download Buttons Not WorkingHi, thanks for responding. I guess you can’t then, but it was your plugins download buttons that were the only thing affected by the conflict, so I figured that here was a good place to document it. My bad.
