We have checked but no issue found in this case, according me category name is incorrect in the category shortcodes. Please check category name in the shortcode.

Thanks for reaching out. We have checked it on all wordpress version but did not find bug or errors which you are talking about. We are running it in all version and it is working pretty well. Might be your Jquery are conflicting so check it. Hope you would find resolve it and do not yet, please provide us appropriate URLs or screen shot.
