For show this widget, you have to go Theme Customizer -> Footer -> Below Footer -> select widget in both layout first & second.

Your footer layout section 1 is already displayed. You can also display footer layout section 2, by selecting option in it like text, widget, menu etc.

    content: none;
}

Xolo is built as a way, After add sticky logo you need to also use main logo.

You can display one from Logo Image & Site title at a time.
