It did get fixed – so as you saw all is working now.

In the end, just reinstalling the woocommerce plugin fixed the issue.

In update this – it appears to be a woocommerce plugin that is causing the issue. I have managed to restore the css on my blog posts, but now my store page is broken.

I have cleared cache several times and some pages are broken, but then they fix again. Although it appears that either of these addons may be causing the issue.

I did also try deactivating and activing the jetpack plugin, signed in with my WordPress email/password, but is only showing states for the last week (since the migration).

Also to note, I don’t think this makes any difference but thought I would mention that the website has two admin roles.

One role was automatically created when the WordPress web stack was installed and the username is: ‘user’ (It’s always been this and has never been changed.)

The second admin is my account and the username is: ‘yourmonument’

I can login with either username, but my WordPress username login is ‘yourmonument’

Unfortuemntly I am still not seeing the stats – I had stats going back about 2 years and I am only for the last couple of days.

Many thanks – mail poet did in the end get back to me with IP addresses, so managed to get that issue solved. However, unfortunately, since I have upgraded to version 5 the website goes down, so I have had to disabled the plugin. (Once disabled the site does run correctly again).

The exact error message I get is – There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about debugging in WordPress.
