I did and CSS of Elementor was still not loading properly.

I just checked again and it appears to be have loaded correctly.

Please can you tell me why this is?

I thought disabling “Improved CSS Loading” worked but it didn’t.

Plug-ins & Themes are updated.

Regenerate CSS did not fix the issue.

Cache has been cleared multiple times too.

Why is the issue only displaying on the live site and not when I am logged in to WP?

Where do we go from here to resolve ??

Thanks Manesh – I raise with Elementor. I am not using a plugin to remove any styles.

Yes sorry – Fixed. It was a CSS cache issue.

Please elaborate on this minimum height elementor setting? Where do I find this as I do not recall selecting this nor do I see re-designing my footer as a sensible solution to fix this problem.

If my footer was the cause of the problem and not the theme, why does the “Latest Posts” text alignment issue only happen on my shop/products archive page? Not other pages?!

This is a shame. Is the custom code not a case of copying PHP from a page/file which has the sub heading feature?

I did notice if you add text in the Tag or Category Description, it does appear on the page as a sub heading, but the alignment/styling is not the same. So how do I apply the same “Center Minimal” sub heading CSS styling to this work around method?

Thanks for your response but yes I have already tried re-saving scripts & styles multiple times and cleared site plus CDN cache. I assure you the issue has not been fixed in version 1.8.6.

What else can I do to prove to you? There are other recent posts on this forum about this issue. We can’t all be wrong?

Thank you. I have done your suggestion and improved my GTmetrix score. The ability to select image dimensions by device type i.e. desktop, tablet & mobile would be perfect…

I fixed by ensuring the [supportcandy] shortcode was on another page.

Now the separate page with shortcode [wpsc_create_ticket] works great.

Thanks for the quick reply. No I am still logging in with the old DB credentials.

I did check with my host and they said the migrated site is using the new DB and it overwrote the old DB? Not sure how that is to be honest as the new DB credentials will not work.

I fear I am missing something obvious here.

Will the new code resolve free version user issues too?
