By default, WordPress administrator will have complete access to all areas of WordPress admin. WSDesk inherits this behavior and gives full access to the administrators.
Removing WSDesk Agent role from the administrator impacts admin capability of the specific user. This behavior will be corrected in upcoming releases.

We are working on some of the issues with translations files. We will soon provide you with the language files for French translation as soon as we fix the bugs.
Also, please note that the custom forms will be displayed as it is configured in the backend settings. If you want to display a custom field in French, you can give the title of the custom field in French so that the exact title in French will be displayed in the front end.

Currently, it is not possible to remove the ‘Ticket[x]’ part of the subject in the reply email since we are using this ticket number to track the particular ticket updates while doing the email piping.

Currently, the random creation of Ticket number is not possible. However, you can configure the starting ticket number from a specified number. Please go through the documentation https://wsdesk.com/documentation/#backup-restore for detail explanation on how to set this up.

Thanks for pointing out the bug. Currently, a vendor who is assigned to a ticket cannot see another agent replies and internal notes within the same ticket.

We are not familiar with the WordPress Pushover plugin. Please let us know what type of integration with WSDesk are you looking for? Do you want a notification when a new ticket is created or updated? In our premium version, you can set a notification mail for ticket creation and updation.
Also, we would recommend you to test our basic version of our plugin along with pushover plugin and let us know the update.
