Thank you. There is one other thing that isn’t posting correctly. On the “All Forms” tab, our Donation Form currently lists ‘3 donations, Revenue $20.’ Yesterday it said ‘6 donations, Revenue $245.’

Why does it keep changing? On the “Donations” they are listed correctly, but not on the “All Forms” tab.

The problem is that this issue only seems to be occurring on select donors. Others are going through just fine (even just before or just after one that gets stuck).

I checked our PayPal account and none of the Pending ones (now abandoned because its been so long) have gone through to them. It’s like they never existed.

It is simply something wrong on the users ip address (meaning nothing we have control over) or is it something fixable?

@matheusfd Thank you so much for looking into this. Unfortunately, the first attempt isn’t the problem. I ran a test donation, with real money, on my PC a few months ago. Now when I go back in to donate again months later, what I’m thinking is happening is that it’s somehow remembering my vpn and is only giving me the option to enter my email (which messes the whole thing up), because when I tested it using my same address, phone number, and email on a different computer it worked just fine.

Not sure what the heck is going on. If you want to test it in TEST, that is great. Can we have our LIVE one going at the exact same time? Because like I said some of the donations are coming through ok and we don’t want to lose any by disabling it for however long we need to.

Weird. I just checked our regular page (not preview page) and now it’s fine. I wonder if something went amuck on the Preview part?

So on PayPal literally nothing comes up. No errors. The only error is in the plug-in itself. Paypal acts like the donation never even came though, like it just never existed.

And now we have another problem. I just tried to do a test donation to see if an error would come up. When I clicked into the donation box, it let me change my donation amount, I clicked next…but then it would only allow me to put in name and email. It usually asks for name, email, and billing address. The billing address never came up, and when I clicked the “Donate Now” button, nothing happened. It’s almost like the button wasn’t clickable.

@matheusfd We will need further help. Every time someone tries to only use a credit card under PayPal standard, it will not go through. And then on our end the donation says “Pending” and then eventually “Failed.”

@matheusfd so what you are telling me is that with PayPal standard, the donor has to have a PayPal account? Because from my own research that I’ve done based on those failed donations above, that seems to be the case.
