In reply to: [WupSales - Reward Points for WooCommerce] Free Version is far too basicHello?@leosantis,
Let’s imagine that you have a unique opportunity to make a perfect plugin for your purposes. What options would you like to see in the Free version? Also, perhaps you would like to add something that is not yet in the plugin at all?

In reply to: [WupSales - Reward Points for WooCommerce] Free Version is far too basicHello @leosantis,
Thank you for your feedback!
Unfortunately, we have not paid enough attention to supporting this product until now, and the project was postponed for some time due to a difficult situation within the team.
At the moment, all the difficulties have been successfully resolved and we are returning to the development of the plugin with renewed vigor.
It is a pity that you are disappointed with the functionality, we want to fix this as soon as possible and breathe new life into the plugin.
Please describe what functionality is lacking, and what changes and improvements you would like to see in the plugin.

In reply to: [WupSales - Reward Points for WooCommerce] Order status and RefundGreetings @toggveydie
Thank you for using the best WooCommerce loyalty program plugin =)Yes, points are awarded for the “Complete” status. In case of a refund, the received number of points will be automatically debited from the user. For Refund cases, when the received points have already been spent, we have provided an option that will allow you to control “what exactly to do in such a situation”, for example, “Write off as much as you have” or “do not write off at all”.
https://woobewoo.com/documentation/refund-settings/Even if the user manages to deceive you (unlikely), then all suspicious transactions can be tracked in the “Balance” section and the unscrupulous user can be blocked, or points can be written off manually.
@ovdome The problem is that in your first screenshot, the cart amount is $44.
But in your screenshot with the settings, it is set that bonuses can only be applied if the cart is more than $100 ( Min amount cart >=100 option).
Therefore, you can simply remove or reduce this limitation in the settings and the problem will be solved.
@ovdome We have now carried out an additional test and everything works correctly. Could you send us a screenshot of your loyalty program settings?
Hello @ovdome Thank you for using our plugin for organizing a loyalty program with reward points.
With the Reward Points plugin, you can assign points for a purchase both for each product separately, and combine them into groups according to taxonomies and conditions. Go to the Set points section and specify the reward for a particular product as a percentage or the exact number of reward points.
Now when your users purchase this product, they will receive points.
Then, when they want to buy any other product, they can use these points as a discount by checking the “Use points” checkbox in the cart and specifying the number of points.
At the moment, everything is working as it should, performing its functions correctly.

Could you please describe your issue in a little more detail if the issue is still not resolved.
Hey @demaecoa! Thank you for using our Reward Points for WooCommerce plugin to organize Automated Marketing Campaigns based on triggers and conditions.
Unfortunately, at the moment there is no such possibility, but we have received enough requests about this possibility and therefore we decided to develop such an opportunity especially for you. Therefore, in the next updates, we will be happy to present this feature for you.
In the meantime, contact us via the contact form so that we can offer you a temporary solution to this problem https://woobewoo.com/contact-us/
And do not forget to study our documentation https://woobewoo.com/docs/reward-points/ most of the answers are there =)

In reply to: [WupSales - Reward Points for WooCommerce] Setup temporary sign up pointsHi @coejhoncu
Thank you for using our plugin, we will be happy to help you!
Yes, as you may have noticed, the WupSales Reward Points plugin supports the accrual of Reward Points both for purchases ( https://wupsales.com/documentation/setting-points-as-a-reward-for-a-purchase/ ) and for promotions with the ability to set different expiration dates for points and notify users of accrual via popup or email. Moreover, all these parameters are easily configurable and can be optional.
In order to solve your problem you need:
1. Create a new auto-action company. Specify the name (Reason), the number of points reward for its execution, as well as the duration of this campaign
2. Now let’s add a trigger on which the auto-action will work. In your example, this is “New User” – the trigger for all new registered users.https://icecream.me/d43f3ebf143a328db52c58a9d123d25a
3. In the Expiry Date field, specify the expiration date of the points accrued for this promotion – number of days. In your example it is 20.
4. Now everything is almost ready, to notify the user about the accrual, you can use Email or popup. In your example you want to use email, great click on the Send Email toolbox. Here you can specify the Subject, as well as enter the body of the letter, as in a regular editor. You can also add a “Shop” button so that users can go to the store immediately after reading the letter about the received bonuses.
You can also add a block “Reward points to the letter” – so that the user can see the widget of his accrual. Please learn this article https://wupsales.com/documentation/setting-up-a-new-auto-action-company/ for more details or ask a question here if something is not clear.`
