i have ugraded to 2.8.5, and google reader still displays my posts as random spam messages, what else can i do? please help!

Aaaah. My provider just got in touch telling me that my old wp-blog-header.php was corrupt and they replaced it. RSS works fine now.

I forgot to mention that something actually DID go wrong during the upgrade:

My FTP programm didn’t give me the permission to overwrite the old wp-blog-header.php file in the WordPress root with the new one.

Could my RSS problem have something to do with this?
