Hi @mohsinworld – yes, MailPoet integration is available with the free version of the plugin. You do not need a premium purchase. However, if you will be needing conditional logic, multi step, or file upload – then an upgrade will be needed.

Looking at the first thing – what setting are you using? It may not be picking up your theme, but the form can be customized by using CSS to your liking. If you do not know CSS, you can use a plugin – like CSS Hero – in conjunction to help make this process easier.
For the column grid – this is a reported issue that is affecting some users, and we’ve been on it to resolve. For now, I would recommend not using the columns and instead layout vertically. Thank you for your patience in that matter.

I was not able to reproduce this on my end. I enabled no-conflict mode in the settings, clicked on save changes, and then proceeded to my forms. Could it be some other setting, plugin or theme that is interfering? When you say “remain gray” does this include going to WP Dashboard > weForms > and Settings?

We are sorry to hear you are running into an issue. At this time we have no in-plugin way to change the connection from zoho.com to zoho.eu. However we will reach out and see if we can find a work around. We will update you as soon as possible.

Apologies for the delay, we are sorry to hear that you are running into this issue. As a first step could you try disabling other plugins as this issue may be caused by a plugin conflict. If you could attempt that and reply with your results it would be greatly appreciated. In the meantime we are having a developer take a look and will update you of any findings.
