Hello @vimalgopalv,
weForms definitely runs on the latest versions of WordPress and PHP. I am happy to assist you if you are having any issues with your setup.
This is also the first time I hear about load time. I searched the forums and our support tickets for this and I was not able to produce a similar incident, and I also can’t reproduce it on my end.
Feel free to reach out to us via the tickets you’ve already opened up via support, and we’ll look into this further for you.
Thank you,
Steven@maw1146 – I was able to reproduce this on my end and I’m going to escalate this to our dev team. I will return here when I have an answer to next steps. Thank you for your patience.
@vimalgopalv – I have replied to your ticket with steps that were previously sent to you. I will also post here in case others can benefit from these steps. Please let me know via the ticket you submitted what your results were, so we can go further from there. Thank you.
1. download, install and activate this free plugin called Email Log and then
2. try to reproduce the issue by submitting a form.
3. then try to check the WP-admin > view logs section of the email log plugin and check if the notification emails are sent from weForms.
* also make sure the notification email is enabledThis will tell you if the email is being sent out, and if so, it’s likely being filtered out by your email client.
I’m going to mark this ticket as resolved and continue forward with your ticket since it may require other steps that relate to your account specifically. Thank you!
Hi @vimalgopalv, thanks for reaching out. We are experiencing higher than normal support volume during this month. I’m looking into this now and will return momentarily.
Hello @deviceguru – right off hand I cannot think of another way to export this to show how you have described above. The only workaround I can think of at this time is changing the export headers once the file is retrieved, which I know adds a small manual step to you process. I will however check in with our products/dev team to inquire further to see if there is anything else that can possible be done. If anything, we can of course submit this as a feature request for our product road map. I’ll be back next week to see if I could anything else for you. Thank you – Steven
Hi fpman,
We’re still working on this. Our dev hasn’t been able to replicate on his environment. Since this relates to a premium feature, can you please submit a ticket by logging in to your Sprout Invoices account? This will allow us to go back and forth easier, and get specific details related to your set up.
Thanks so much!
CM

Yes, Stripe Checkout is SCA compliant! You can see all of the Checkout-specific features at https://stripe.com/docs/payments/checkout

Hi @maw1146,
Happy to help here!
It seems like you’ve already done these steps – but just to confirm, can you review these and let me know if this is what you did prior?
1. Log in here using your Google Account .
2. It should immediately take you to the admin page. If not, click here.
3. Now fill up the form with a name and your domain name. Please remember, you do not need to register your sub domain. The registration for the parent domain will work for the subdomains as well. That means you do not need to make separate entries for docs.mysite.com, demo.wmysite.com etc. Just creating a key for mysite.com will work for all the subdomains.
4. You will have the public and private keys right after submitting the form.
5. If you are not logged in to your site’s admin panel, please log in.
6. Navigate to weForms → Settings and on the right side, you will find two fields to paste the private and public keys.
7. Paste the keys and click on Save Changes and you are done with the configuration.
Once you have confirmed the above, we can go onto other troubleshooting steps.

Hi 4ud,
There was a minor UI change in our latest release. We will be sure to update the changelog moving forward, that was an oversight on our part.
Thanks for using Sprout!

We are currently looking in to this issue with our development team. In the mean time, enable Stripe (not Stripe Checkout) under Payment Settings and you should be able to process a payment. -CM
Hello @vishdhayal
Unfortunately at this time we do not support that functionality. However, we have received several requests to do so and thus we have brought this proposal to our development and products team for work planning.
Expect to see an update in the near future!
Regards,

Hello @danbhl ,

Hello @ckick
We haven’t seen a reply to our last update in over a week so we are going to mark this thread as resolved. Of course if you have further questions, do not hesitate to reopen a topic and we will continue from there!

Hello @ckick ,
Apologies for the delay, hope you had a great weekend. We’re sorry to hear that you are running into issues sending emails.
To get a better idea of what may be happening let’s try some troubleshooting steps to see where the issue might be.
1. download, install and activate this free plugin called Email log and then
2. try to reproduce the issue by submitting a form.
3. then try to check the WP-admin > view logs section of the email log plugin and check if the notification emails are sent from weForms.
* Also make sure the notification email is enabled [check the screenshot].If you are able to see it in the logs, then the notifications are being sent out, but your email provider may be filtering them out. Ensure to check spam folders and/or your filters as well.
Let us know what you find and we can continue from there!
Regards
