OK, I’m running out of ideas. PLEASE HELP!

Here’s that I did….

Changed the emails to match in my admin user and settings (trying different emails)
Checked SPAM
verified I’m reciving emails from other sources…. I’m even receiving error notification from the site
I overwrote every file on the server

I have another version of wordpress I just upgraded on the same server that has NO problems!

Now, I did notice that when I change any discussion settings they don’t stick. I mean I they stay selected but they don’t work. For example, I changed “An administrator must always approve the comment ” and comments were still appearing. Which leads me to believe it’s a bigger problem but I don’t know where else to look, especially considering I’ve updated all the files.

Please, any guidance would be appreciated.

This is happening to me now right after upgrading to 2.6.

Not in SPAM, I reset my settings, nothing. I get email for admin stuff, like someone changed there password but no comment notifications.

I don’t even know where to look!

I didn’t think of that. So I can basically have blogger host my blog just long enough to import? That’s what we are saying right? Ugh! I’m such and idiot! Perfect!

Ok so a few questions, hoping you guys know.

If I do that will my URL’s change. you know…

Can I mimic that format in ‘pretty permalinks’? Is that and htaccess thing? Can someone point me in the right direction for that kind of info?

I just don’t want all my link to be broken from post to post. I link a lot to old posts in new posts.

Nope. That only works if you hosted your blog with blogger (as far as I know). Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t think there is a way to import blogger files to wordpress. As in I hosted blogger myself.

As I said in the subject, just wondering if it is possible.
