3 things:
1. I had put the code in the link you offered in my functions.php file before I created this topic.See screenshot:
2. I switched to the default “twenty nineteen” theme and it did not fix the problem. So, it seems it is not a theme issue.
3. I did not have this problem until I updated the site to WP 5.3.2 and Woocommerce 3.9.1.
Updated to Woo 3.9.1 and this problem is back again:
Either ‘offers’, ‘review’ or ‘aggregateRating’ should be specified

Today I found something weird on my site and I restored to yesterday morning’s version. The problem was gone after the restore.

Problem is gone after updating to WP 5.0.1

In reply to: [PDF Ink for WooCommerce - Stamp PDFs with Customer Data] cannot downloadToday, I updated all the plugins and WP. When I tested, the problem is gone. LoL
I don’t think this is a WaterWoo PDF problem. The problem should be a firefox related issue (yesterday my firefox was updated as well).
So don’t bother.
