Yes, it was sufficient.
I switched to another tool. I didn’t see any reason to have to add another plugin to give my client permission to see his analytics dashboard when there are other quality free alternatives.

As explained in my original post, I did send in the support ticket at the support link mentioned and this was not my first point of contact for support. The only reason I posted here is because still as of today I have not heard back from that original support ticket that was submitted last week.

And I still can’t believe that you’ve put that crap bloat of a dashboard into WC and destroyed everyone’s sales because it just slows a website to a crawl…but now, to have a clients customers just disappear? WTF?!

I just saw that all my clients customers are missing in the users list as well. 175 orders and no customers in the users list. WTH?

Yeah…I don’t recall seeing any ads and personally I think this bs 1 star review should be removed as it isn’t a review at all.
