Go to feedburner.com -> Click your feed -> Publicize -> Email Subscriptions -> make sure this service is activated.

What did you place in the Feedburner feed URL: field? Good change the URL isn’t parsed properly.

1.0.5 is out with a tiny bit of tweaking. Added a link to the styling fields to my wiki: https://wiki.wyrihaximus.net/wiki/Wordpress_Feedburner_Email_Widget_Styling The article needs some work on but the basics are there :).
