In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Users ListsAre these subscribers from the Home Junction plugin being registered as WordPress Users? If so, they should be automatically added to the WordPress Users List.
If not, I’m afraid there’s no integration between Home Junction and MailPoet 3 to sync the subscribers. You may need to export/import them or refer to our API to Manage Subscribers and Lists.
Hello @keyworth82!
Are you referring to MailPoet 2?
If so, due to recent changes done by SendGrid, it seems that when 2FA is enabled, you can’t use the SMTP authentication method in MailPoet 2.
You must switch to the API-based one, and this is only available in MailPoet 3.
If you migrate to MailPoet 3, you’ll be able to set up SendGrid following this article: Set Up SendGrid API as your Sending Method
Thank you!
Hi @daviddepth,
I can confirm your subscription is still pending approval. It seems your website wasn’t finished when you first contacted us, so our team replied to you asking you to contact us once it’s live.
Please reply to their email so we can review your account again and proceed with approval.
Thanks!
Hi @moshe1111,
Do you mean that when there’s no short description for the product, it should by default just generate one based on the product description? Is that right?
That’s not currently possible because these are two different things/options, but it’s a nice idea, and you’re welcome to suggest it here: https://feedback.mailpoet.com/

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] LATS POST LANGUAGEHi @topeca,
Unfortunately, MailPoet does not directly support qTranslate, WPML or Polylang, and we don’t have any integrations with their categories to identify different languages.
So unless you’re publishing posts in different languages and tagging them (or adding them to different WordPress categories), and the Post Notifications are associated with these tags/categories, it won’t work.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi @danielticchnl,
Sorry to hear that. It seems there’s something preventing the access to the task scheduler.
Could you please let us know what your website is?
Hi @agod,
It seems you have two SPF records: 1. and 2.
Please remove both of them and create a single one. It should look like this:
v=spf1 a:include:spf.example.com include:sendgrid.net ~all
Thanks!
Hi @debswebs,
Are you sending with our own sending service?
If sending is working properly but some subscribers are not receiving the newsletters, you should set up a DKIm for your domain to improve deliverability.
Please refer to this article: How to Set Up DKIM for your Sender Domain
Hi @pascalode,
All WooCommerce Customers will be automatically added to the WooCommerce Customers list.
If you want these membership customers to be added to a separate list, you’ll need to do it manually, unfortunately.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
