Hi Nico,
Sorry about that. This is something we’re willing to improve in the future.
You can also use an SMTP plugin for WordPress. We suggest some good ones here: Top 3 SMTP Plugins for WordPress Compared

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] List- UnsubscribeHi @agod,
If you’re sending with the MailPoet plugin and our own sending service, it’s mandatory to have the Unsubscribe link added to your newsletter.
Unfortunately, we do not have the option to set up a List-Unsubscribe header at the moment.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi @francomontes,
I can confirm your subscription has been approved already.
If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
Let me know if it works!
Hi @kodeks,
We’re sorry to hear that. Could you please let us know if you’re using any page builder?
Please update the plugin to the latest version and let us know if the issue persists.
Hi @fluidsign,
We’re sorry about this.
Please note the message might refer to the past 90 days and we take into account all transactional emails sent from your website if you’re also sending them with us.
So even if you haven’t sent any newsletter from our plugin, you may still have been sent emails from your website.
If you reach a particular rate of hard bounces or spam complaints, we will send you a notification email to warn you about it. However, if you go over this rate during the same sending, sending will be immediately paused.
Complaints and hard bounces considerably hurt your reputation as a sender, but also affect MailPoet’s own reputation and can make a big impact on our global deliverability, affecting all users. This is why we’re extra careful not only to ensure we have good deliverability for all our users but for your own list as well.
Thanks for understanding.
Hi @mainlymiles,
Followers from JetPack Subscription won’t be synced with MailPoet 3 plugin automatically.
Please note the WordPress Users list automatically adds WordPress Users from your own website. It doesn’t refer to followers with a WordPress.com account or users from other websites.
You can export these JetPack subscribers by clicking on the ‘Download all email-only followers as CSV’ link in JetPack > Site Stats > My Followers and then import them to a MailPoet 3 list:
Importing Subscribers with CSV Files
Thanks!
This is a standard security procedure that applies to all new accounts and upgrades to large plans.
Once you subscribe to a MailPoet sending plan, you’ll see a survey on your MailPoet 3 account with 3 questions to be answered.
After submitting the answers, the subscription will be reviewed by our team to be approved or not.
If you don’t see any questions to be answered or if you haven’t received any message from us after 48h, please contact our support team via email.
This means your sending method is not working. Subscribers will be added to the list, but the confirmation email won’t be sent to them.
Please check if the sending method you’re using is working as expected. Can you send a test email?
Hi @aj4h,
Unfortunately, that’s not possible. The only way to link to a MailPoet subscription form is by adding it on a separate page and linking to it.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Sudden Fatal ErrorHi @ellasienna,
This issue has been fixed on version 3.55.0.
Please update the plugin to the latest version and it should be working as expected.
Hi Marie-claude,
Could you please share more details about the issue you’ve been facing?
Do you see any error message when trying to save the template?
Hi @n1fdadmin,
Based on the error message, it seems the MailPoet plugin is not properly installed on your site.
In this case, it would be great if you could re-install it via FTP by following these instructions:
Re-installing / Updating the Plugin via FTP
Don’t worry, you won’t lose any data from the plugin.
Let me know if it works for you.
Hi @parhamm,
We’re aware that some files can be detected as false positive by some servers and firewalls, and we can confirm we could not find any security issues with our plugin.
Thank you!
Hi @cristalks1019,
If you have the sign-up confirmation feature enabled, it’s required to first confirm the subscription via email before sending any other emails to a subscriber.
It means the Welcome Email you’ve created will be sent only after your subscriber is listed as “Subscribed” in the MailPoet > Subscribers page.
Thanks!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] MailPoet OutboxHi @cmsplay,
The MailPoet plugin is a WordPress plugin that allows you to create newsletters and send to a list of subscribers.
In the MailPoet > Emails page, you’ll see all types of emails you’ve created using our own newsletter editor. Drafts, scheduled and sent emails will be listed on this page so you can manage them and have a history of sent newsletters and their stats.
An outbox is simply where outgoing e-mail messages are temporarily stored.
