Thank you for the explanation. I guess I triggered something while doing my usability testing. Wish there was a convenient way to “reset it” from the settings panel…

Thanks, sounds straight forward enough. But what about all that “other stuff” you mentioned in your blog?

    1. The mixed encryption content warning messages was resolved by changing all occurrences of http to https in the plugin.

    2. Whatever geolocating service StatPress uses, is incorrect. A lookup through WhatsMyIpAddress.com shows the suspect IP to be from Facebook, in Palo Alto, CA; not Durr?si, Albania — LOL.

Thank you, Roy. Out of curiosity, are there any Open Source alternatives to Flash CS3 available, that would work?

There is one other thing that was noticed…

Apparently, the version of SWFdec that comes with Debian is “good enough” to get WP-Cumulus to try displaying the Flash movie, but is not “good enough” to actually play it; or to give any warning of not being Flash 9 compatible.

It would be nice, if there was the option of displaying a “No Flash Version” option link. That way, in situations like this, the user can switch to the non-Flash version.

Thanks, that did the trick. I did have a concern about whether or not I had to explicitly initialize the value to a “not checked” value; but for now, I will assume (yeah) that all values start out as zero each time wp-login.php gets loaded.

As for IA requirements, use of “Remember Me” is an authentication issue, because it presumes that once a user is authenticated, the user is able to ensure that he/she is the only one with physical access to the “remember me cookie.”
