It is very likely that all images on Your blog’s content area get floated to the right side.
Look for that on Your CSS code. Maybe You can add some class, so float doesn’t apply on smilies.

403 Forbidden is something new. You should ask your provider about that. At least files now are in the right place.

You can fill wp-config.php manually, but this cannot be the cause of your problem. DB name, username and password you can get from your provider. Username and password might be the same as your FTP 9or whatever) login info, but not necessary. Anyway, this info comes from your provider.

Umm.. Maybe.. You can try to chmod all WP directories to 666 (not that it’s safe, but it can solve the “forbidden” problem). That can be done easily using your FTP, SCP program or whatever you use.

Looks like you don’t even have a “/wordpress” directory.
I know this sounds silly, ?? but check whether you placed “wordpress” folder in the right place, where it is accessible by webserver (your web root, “public_html”, “htdocs” or something like that).

You have at least one extra closing div tag, obviously this is the reason why your footer is not on the bottom of the page. You have messed up something there.

Umm.. You shouldn’t use hyphens in database and table names. That can cause problems. Maybe not in this particular case, however – better without hyphens.
