Hi,
I have the same problem on a newly installed WordPress 4.0. I don’t have any plugin installed and I use the twenty fourteen theme.
I can add an image in the media library, I can see it in the “attachment details” window but if I click on the “Edit image” button instead of the image I have a red cross.
Any idea?
