The error message states that the ship from address set in the plugin settings is missing few information, The state code suppose to be a 2 ISO code, or if its a dropdown you’ll have to select a state for the ship from address,

The Amazon API doesn’t allow the payment option to be placed among the other checkout options, its the way Amazon have made their API so we cannot do much about it, we’ve looked into the options of placing the payment option among other payment options but since its an API restriction we couldn’t do much about it. but the plugin integration is easy enough and works well,

We can only have the category rule with the rule: purchase any item from the category with minimum spend 10$ and get the 50% discount on the same category.

Can you share a screenshot of the issue you’re facing? There are some issues with the Flatsome theme compatibility which we had fixed in our premium plugin, but those compatibility issues are not fixed in the basic version of the plugin.

The plugin calculates the discount dynamically which means it does not store the discounts anywhere.
Did you mean the discount of the products are not showing?
Can you share a screenshot of the rules and the product or cart page where the issue is?

Please turn on the developer mode in the plugin settings and while calculating the shipping cost copy and share the debug data here.
Make sure you remove the API key from the debug data so that It will not be misused by others.

For the free item you can use the BOGO rule its available only in the premium plugin, you can create a rule where you purchase 2 items of the same then offer free item you have to select the combination of the product and the free item you’re giving.
And for the order of 40 Euros we don’t have the option to give free item, but you can give a flat discount or percentage discount.
And for product combination you can only give a free item or percentage discount, cannot give the customer to choose which one he gets.

The price updates only when you click on the update cart, that’s a woocommerce default and has nothing to do with our plugin, but if you can share the screenshots of the issue it might help, also you can try deactivating our plugin to check if you still face the same issue.
