Hi,
The discounted price will show in the product page only when the rule applies, if you set the rule to apply for one quantity itself then the discounted rate will show in the product page before you add to cart, since the plugin assume you’ll be adding the product to cart, but if the rule says discount applies only when 2 products are added to cart, then the discount will show only when you already add one item to cart and in the product page it assumes that you’ll be adding another.

Currently, it is not possible to update the price of the products without clicking on the “Add to basket” button since we do have any javascript in the front end we depend on WooCommerce’s ajax calls.

You do need to have accounts with the carriers and configure it in the Easy post dashboard.
That’s how you link easy post with the respective carriers.

I guess what he meant is to get the account rates you need to use the live DHL API credentials and under the Rates and services tab- Check the option “Show Account Rates”
But if you’re using the test credentials disable that option and you’ll get only the retail rates,
Make sure all the products have weight and dimension.

When a customer place order the plugin only retrieve the rates for shipping, no shipment order is created there, DHL will not get any notification.
DHL will get the notification only when you create shipment from the order backend and request DHL to come and pick up the package and these features are available only in the premium version of the plugin.

Depending on where you ship the products you can enable the services, for non Europe countries you can enable the service with product code P and for EU countries you can enable the service code U.

The different services that’s available is depending on dutiable and non dutiable type of shipment, best check with DHL account manager they’ll have better knowledge on the DHL different services.
The price adjustment is only to add or deduct rates from shipping so that shouldn’t effect the shipping options showing, the shipping options will show based on the destination and the package you’re shipping.
If you have discounted rates, you’ll need to use the live API credentials and under the rates and services tab enable the “show account rates option.Regards,
