The basic version of the plugin or the DHL ApI might not support the characters with the Accent, please enter the town name without the Accent and it should work.

You can try the town names accepted by DHL in the following link https://ratequote.dhl-usa.com

Try the town name in the city field and see from the drop down how it returns the name.

The issue could be because the products in the variations might be missing weight and dimension, if these details are missing the shipping options will not show up,

Please make sure you have added the UPS carrier in the Easy post Dashboard under Carrier accounts.

And regarding the other options First Class option will not show since it has a weight restriction of 13oz so for a 1.25lbs product first class option will not show,

And for UPS rates make sure you have configured the UPS live account credentials in the Easy post dashboard carrier accounts.

The rates are showing fine, the API is returning the rates in ZAR currency, if you have a different currency in the shop you’ll have to use a code snippet to convert the value, use the code snippet in the following link:
https://www.xadapter.com/code-snippet-convert-base-currency-dhl-currency-dynamically/

Not sure if it works in basic version.

You cannot change that, its a serviceAreaCode for DHL that shouldn’t affect your shipping options.
