The shipping cost might be high because of the dimension of the product, its showing 30 x 30 x 3

And also please make sure you enable the “Show Account rates” in the plugin settings under the rates and services tab to get the discounted rates.

Good to know its working fine now, yes most of the time the test server do not return rates, but normally it should give atleast the retail rates if show account rates is disabled.

From the given screenshot, the following price calculator is not a part of our plugin. Please check if you have any other plugin installed which displays the following calculator.

Please provide us with the screenshot of the calculator that you are speaking about. If you are talking about the offer table, then you can go to plugin settings and disable it. Dynamic pricing doesn’t display any calculator. We only display the discounts if the user is eligible for the offer that is the discounts will show only if the minimum quantity is added to cart already.

Seems like this is a caching issue,

If you have any caching plugin please remove or disable the plugin.

And regarding the category rule the discounts should apply only to the categories you’ve selected, please check if you have any other discount plugin that may be causing the issue, you can try disabling all plugins except woocommerce and dynamic pricing to check.

I didn’t understand the issue properly, do you mean the discounted price is not showing in the shop page and its showing in the cart only?
