Our plugin do not work with shipping zones, but if you have set up the plugin right with the WebToolsID and enable the services the shipping options should show up fine,

Make sure you have weight and dimension in the products.

This is not possible with the basic version of the plugin, but with the premium plugin you can create shipment and generate label, and request for pickup, DHL will get the shipment order on their end, but you cannot see the shipment history in webservices or shipment history, you can contact DHL and check if they have received the shipment order.

Hi,

The plugin should work even if you have another shipping plugin, the default currency cannot be changed but if you have the shop currency in USD you can show the shipping in USD.

And if the shipping options are not showing please turn on the developer mode in the plugin settings and while calculating the shipping cost copy and paste the debug data here.

This is the debug data showing up on the checkout, you can disable it by disabling the developer mode in the plugin settings.
