“edit.php” is actually under wp-admin floder.
If I replace the “edit.php” source code with the following code, it can work properly!

echo "asdfasdfasdf";
?>
So I think the server (IIS 6.0) can read the “edit.php” file, but the file’s code can’t work properly.Forum: Fixing WordPress

Because I replace the “edit.php” file whit other file, it can work properly!
