I want some pages from my URL make its on high Ranking.

The way to do it is to place the links to them directly to your homepage. The pagerank is distributed evenly among the pages. Any attemp to manipulate the natural flow of pagerank is called pr sculpting and is not appreciated by google.

I like the design, it looks very well made.
I would note though that these tags may look a bit spammy, because they are just too huge.
Also inside the articles, its always hard to read it with float left images – this is my own opinion, and I usually place the pics to the right, try it. ??

The titles and headers look a bit out of place and dont provide a clear structure. You shuold think of a better way of organizing your front page.

The footer is too bold and too huge, and has links with broken css.
There are lots of thinks to work on.

Yah, the logo is just completely terrible and should not be there.
It is also bugged with that white stripe underneath as we hover.

Oh common, the “collect and fix”, and “fix no fee” menus should not be there at the top.
That’s just a terrible choice on what to put there.
Its enough to put banners or put em under the ‘promo’ tab.
The first menu after home should be ALWAYS your products and services.
You may also consider to split them up, as they are just too much under the one submenu.

I personally don’t like these colors. They do lack of depth.
Its also not easy to understand that you meant it for Halloween, and may confuse the newcomers. Usually the seasonal design should look a bit more intuitive, a tree – if it’s a Christmas, a pumpkin if Halloween – etc.

Interesting theme.
Clicking at the bottom thing is not very pleasurable though – just to get the description.
The link color for the acts is also mistaken, it will make people think that GREY links are inactive, whilst the less important – ‘past events’ actually appears bolder.

Facebook faces is a great feature.
but the actual embed of fb’s wall in the middle of a site and with a huge toolbar may look confusing – at least.
The sidebar may also look a bit confusing with its empty gap in the middle. I wonder you have tried to swap them around?
If the projects grows larger you may also consider adding subcategories for the news.

The layout seems to be ok, and works even in IE7.
Note that the FB “Share” button is deprecated.
You should better use xfbml, unless you really know what’re doing ??

Your blog looks great.
I would advice though to use the xfbml like button.
There is a tremendous difference, because if they just like something it gives you nothing, zero benefit.
What works is when they share it on fb, and it actually appears on their wall and stays there forever.
The share button is deprecated though, so use xfbml.
When you like with xfbml there will appear a popup asking to you if you like to share this site, and you click ‘kk – post my wall’.
