Luckily I just figured out what caused the problem.
I am using a setting within Google Crome on my phone that forces websites to invert their colour (dark mode).
Due to the fact that I got used to it I totally forgott about it.
I know – kinda dumb but I very happy that the problem is fixed now.

Thank you so much for your reply – it really helped to calm me down! ??

I did as you said and lucky my website is now working again. (:
It turned out to be a virus which infected my website and my host automatically detected it – now everything is clean and working again.
