In case it happens to anyone else, with a Brevo in French. Just enter your-prenom and your-nom and it works ;). I tried it when in doubt and it’s OK.

I have the same problem. My Brevo account is in French, but my site is in English. Should I replace your-firstname and your-lastname with something else so that they can be detected by brevo?

I followed the integration guide with Brevo. My fields are correctly named your-email, your-firstname and your-lastname. When I do a registration test, it works but only the email is visible in my contacts. I don’t understand why the first and last names aren’t displayed. Could you please explain how to do this?
