Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Blog Designer] Creating an archive pageSo we purchased the pro plugin. However I’m having trouble finding which wordpress templates actually correspond to the archive pages. It seems no matter what I change in archive.php, category.php, or index.php, I can’t affect the layout of these pages.
Do you have any ideas? It’s fairly obvious where the Blog layout goes because it has a shortcode with an ID attached to it, but the archive pages don’t have a specific shortcode, so it’s not clear where they go.
Thanks.
Thanks a lot, I really appreciate the fast response!
I’m not 100% sure if it was the most recent version, but I feel like it was working possibly within the last week or two. It definitely is one of the more recent versions.
At this point I just disabled the User Management feature for every site on Pantheon. I’ve been unable to figure out the cause and it just conflicts with the platform.
So you can’t even answer his simple question? Jesus man.
Let me answer it for you then since apparently these guys can’t even support their own plugin.
First, follow the instructions in this article:
https://icontrolwp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/3000000959This will let you disable the plugin and login. Next, go to:
Shield Security in the sidebar > Dashboard > General Options tab > Make sure ” Delete All Plugin Settings Upon Plugin Deactivation” is checked.
Next, go to your plugins > Installed Plguins and disable Shield. This should clear all the settings.
Now just remove that file you FTPed and the plugin will work again. Re-enable it and set the settings you want.
Man that was so hard wasn’t it? Providing support for you plugin? Took me like 5 minutes. I swear if this plugin wasn’t installed on a client site I would never use it knowing you guys don’t even support it. This dude can’t even login to his own website and you won’t help. What a joke.
