Ahhh I think it was this wording that confused me most

USPS Shipping is a premium method that sources shipping rates from the USPS API and works with our free service WooCommerce Shipping, which creates discounted shipping labels right from your WooCommerce dashboard.

I suppose I don’t remember correctly, but I thought I had even “added” it to a cart at some point with a $0 balance to gain a download? This was over a year ago so I guess my memory is hazy. I will look more into that documentation you’ve linked and figure it out if the problem is that I haven’t registered the product correctly, or installed it correctly.

One last question, is it a paid-per-use add-on, or is it subscription based?

I tried the line height, it didn’t work initially but perhaps it’s because I’m entering it in incorrectly? How would you suggest I phrase it?

I just tried a simple margin as well but that doesn’t seem to work either

I did, however, look into the customheader.php section, Its more than an image that I am trying to use. Its multiple tied together into a table with rollovers, which didn’t work with the custom header section that allows you to upload a single banner image

Its true I may be using the HTML editor but as you can see I don’t even have an option for a Visual editor

also, i’ve noticed that when you click “back” on your browser’s menu the download starts automatically for some reason?

I only found one, and that was in the nextgen folder in plug-ins. I re-downloaded the plugin from the website and overwrote the swfobject.js with the new one and still got the error.

My problem is I can’t find the wp-simpleviewer on my server aside from the one in the nextgen gallery. Hm. What can be done here? This is the page where the next gen isn’t working.
