are you using your own FTP Server, or did the word press come on a community website? did you upload the WordPress yourself?

I believe,but depends on what version of wordpress you are using..

Remove the file index.php from your wp-content/plugins folder. Once done the correct link URL appears on the dashboard and the content appears when they are used.

I have went through 3 different types of forums for wordpress, but this one works perfect. Yeah as far as the User Community it says I need php5 , which my server only has php4. There is nothing else out there like user community is their? I’ve been looking through the plugin section.
