In reply to: [Perfect Brands for WooCommerce] Receiving fatal error after recent update. This is basically the same problem as we got and reported here:
https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/version-1-7-1-incompatible-with-visual-composer-5-7-or-maybe-ciloe-theme/We and @michaeladrianarriola are both using themes from the same creator (fami_themes on themeforest).
It seems to be Visual Composer or their plugins that extened Visual Composer that breaks it.

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] THE Best cache and optimization pluginOk we will try. Thanks. However:
“but if you change something”
We didn’t change anything (except for LiteSpeed settings) after optimization.
re-generate thumbnails we did even before we even installed LiteSpeed .

In reply to: [LiteSpeed Cache] THE Best cache and optimization pluginYes that’s what I ment with thumbnails.
My question then is:
“Do we need to set Optimize Original Images: yes for it to optimized thumbnail jpegs?”Now we even have “Optimize Original Images” ON
Remove Original Backups: no
But litespeed doesn’t optimize them anyway.https://prnt.sc/mgh653
See the file size of the 768x and 900x ones.
They were very big because we had set wordpress to save with 100 jpeg quality when re-sizing thumbnails. (Also there are no backups). So Litespeed has clearly not optimized them.(The original non-resized file at 232kb is 1000x1000px)
On “LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimization” page in wordpress it says that all images have been optimized.
What shall we do now to make litespeed optimize all images?
Hi titodevera,
Just wanted to send you a great thank you, it works now!
The new A-Z list shortcode is awesome too.Best regards,
SimonSometimes the page just freezes as well.
JS error in console:
Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded
at HTMLInputElement.toString (<anonymous>)
at Function.type (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:2)This problem is severe for us.
We had a 2 months old version, didn’t save. Updated to the latest version and it still doesn’t save category mappings@jorisverwater, I have tried the newest release and the category problems still exist. Are you developing it for PHP7? I think maybe some function that doesnt work in it.
I can try to debug some myself.

In reply to: [Perfect Brands for WooCommerce] Brand Page LayoutRegarding (3) A Sidebar on the right
Fact is. The brand pages are not showing any sidebar widget on the theme I’m using either.
It seems like this brands plugin chooses which page template to use without the user having the choice.
For example many themes has different templates like “standard template” and “full page template”, and the “full page template” doesn’t show the widgets.
I guess if your plugin chooses the full page template, this is what happens.Hi Joris,
Yes the latest version, and latest wordpress, latest woocommerce and PHP 7.
To clarify the misunderstanding. I did not remove category mappings.
I removed a few categories from woocommerce. After that the category mappings had moved around to the wrong categories. Thanks,
SimonI am unfortunately still getting the same “HTTP error” as the creator of this thread.
And the plugin doesn’t create square thumbnails.I have tried with woocommerce “hard crop” settings both on and off.
Wordpress/Woocommerce still creates thumbnails as usual. BUT it doesn’t use them. It uses only the original image both on category pages and product page.
Using PHP 7.

In reply to: Updated and got Fatal error: Call to undefined function hash()JeroenK, yes I uploaded file backup of my wordpress site to solve the other problem which I had:
“Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.”
And then upgraded wordpress again to version 4.The solution for “Fatal error: Call to undefined function hash() in “
is to enable hash extensions.
If you happen to have access to php.ini you could be able to uncomment the line:
;extension=hash.so
But this is can be different from host to host.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Updated and got Fatal error: Call to undefined function hash()Restored yesterdays file backup, updated wordpress again. Problem solved.
Hopefully database is not corrupt in any way as I only let wordpress handle update, even again when I had old version wordpress files.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Updated and got Fatal error: Call to undefined function hash()Well the host gives me access to php.ini myself.
Adding hash as you said fixed that problem immediately. Both mysql and mysqli extensions are loaded in php.ini as well.
Browsing the wordpress site works fine. But logging into admin does not. Will recover yesterdays backup and see what happens

In reply to: Updated and got Fatal error: Call to undefined function hash()Thank you keesiemeijer! That is the solution.
I managed to fuck up my install though when manually updating all files. Now I got another error (in Swedish): “Din PHP installation verkar sakna MySQL till?gget som WordPress kr?ver.”
Something like “Your PHP installation seems to be missing the MySQL extensions required by wordpress”
