Hi, then this could be a conflict with my site, because the order the shortcode shows the product doesn’t match the sales (example: first product has 2 sales, second 0, third 1, etc).

I’m using storefront, so maybe is a conflict with a plugin, I’ll check it.

Hola, regresa el plugin a la versión 4.1.1 esa falla tiene tiempo y hasta ahora no la arreglan. Si abres un ticket te van a decir que tu sitio es el que tiene problemas y no te van a dar solución.

I talk with support in your page, they say the problem will be solved in the pro version. Still the same problem with the pro version. I talked with support again, I was very specific describing the problem, and they send me a link of the manual page of the plugin and I was already in that page. The person I was talking, didn’t read any of what I wrote. After I told them that, this person read and ask me for a user and password, then confirm my problem. After that told me to wait a couple hours and 3 days later I’m still waiting for a solution. I already bought another plugin.

Same issue here. But only the last products that I upload are not synced.
And when I click on the “settings” button, I’ve got this error message from facebook:

I try to update the plugin from 1.9.7 to 1.9.10 but it doesn’t work. I looks like it’s been updated, but when I refresh the page, the plugin is still in 1.9.7.

Someone else had the same problem and It was that the server blocked this string scope=https://mail.google.com/# for segurity reasons. The solution was to disable the mod_security in the apache server.

I try to find that module or way to disable it, but I couldn’t, so I gave up and finally sign in on sendgrip and use it for the rest of the configuration.

@shamanzte yes it’s CSS, but you can fix it easely. Just left click over the text and select the option inspect. There you can find the class of the object. Then with some basic CSS you can adjust the align.

I don’t know if you alredy solve your problem. But I leave this in case you didn’t. The problem with the configuration was on woocomerce on the first tab I didn’t setup the location of my store, once I write the address and country the plugin starts to work fine.
