Tried following your suggested steps:
– Cleared cache
– Disabled LiteSpeed plugin
– Disabled Crazy Egg plugin
There was no change. Still absolutely no site data/visits recorded.

Thanks for the suggestions. I’ve followed them all.- Ensure that Jetpack is fully updated to the latest version. – Version 13.0
- Go to the Jetpack Dashboard on your WordPress admin, navigate to “Connections” and try disconnecting and then reconnecting your WordPress.com account. – Disconnected and reconnected
- After reconnecting, check if the Stats are starting to display recent data. – No change to stats reporting
- If the problem persists, it would be helpful to use Jetpack’s built-in troubleshooting tool, the Site Health tool under “Tools > Site Health” in your WordPress dashboard. It can sometimes identify issues related to the Stats feature. – No errors
We have seen ‘some’ reporting starting to filter through, but the numbers are much lower than the site traffic we’re seeing with Google Analytics (i.e. fewer than 60 visitors for the week of 18-23 Jan in Jetpack, vs . 1.500+ in Google Analytics). For the past 3 days in Jetpack:
23 Jan – 0 visitors
24 Jan – 1 visitor
25 Jan – 0 visitors
Any help greatly appreciated.

We went with Erina’s instructions but the instructions is too general and not specific to Jetpack. Is this the function she was referring to?

What or where do I get the actual script to be used in the footer for Jetpack?
We have disabled CrazyEgg still no recent data is being shown. It has old data showing way back 2022.
However, we noticed when we connect the account to wordpress it says “Connected as?xplormarketing” but going to “Account connection” it still say “Connect your WordPress.com account”.

We’re just back from our holiday break and haven’t had a chance to try these fixes yet. We’ll get to this by the end of the week and get back to you.
