I have same issue. I think the problem is in YOP Poll javascript. On chrome inspection, on the POST request, i see the option is not being sent to the AJAX script.

UPDATE : i see that it was WP Super Cache that causes issue. If i disable WP Super Cache, everything works fine.

@sexydawnt, i checked your sitemap, and it is not empty.
But it does not have the styling such as Yoas SEO XML’s style.

I use Genesis theme, just FYI.
And it happened in post / page / post-based sitemap (custom taxonomy).
In my website, it happened only once. And the error was gone when i refreshed my browser when opening the sitemap.

Yes, for default language in my website, there is no language slug in all places (home page, posts, and pages).
But for the non default language, the home page still contains the language slug (there is no language slug in post & pages).

So it depends on my theme to be able to remove the language slug in home page or not?

what i meant by language slug is for example :

https://www.example.com/en/
and
https://www.example.com/fr/

It works for 4.4 here

find

replace with
