I have a question to You because no one answers me on a separate topic. On shop i have one sale badge called ‘PROMOCJA!’ and if i edit any page, then go ‘WooCommerce’ next to ‘Basic blocks’ > All products, it shows different sale badge in English ‘SALE’, i can’t find this in Poedit and also loco translate, another thing is word ‘in cart’ also in English. Hope You are well.
After the plugin installation, i didn’t noticed Phrases in plugin settings. I just started to translate everything in .po file and yeah, i was looking every single word on frontend because i think it’s only one way to have good translated website on the highest level because of different contexts of phrases and You just know how everything should look on the page. After some time i noticed that in .po file some words to translate doesn’t exist so i started adding those phrases in admin panel and i can say i don’t limit myself to one way, i’m using both ways (.po file and admin panel) but You must know that if You translate something in .po file, (You are right, it’s not synched) and then translate in admin panel – phrase will be displayed from admin panel.

That’s great, thanks for that!
Unfortunately, after trying to disable, remove, reinstall the plugin and clear the cache, I still see that the phrase ‘Restart Chat’ is missing. Two more phrases ‘Please enter your email’ and ‘Please enter your name’ are still not working. One of them works and is translated ‘enter your message’ but it was like that before the update. I can also see when the user ends the chat it is still untranslated ‘User’ has ended the chat.

Hope You know already what i mean. Phrases translation doesn’t work after the bell window opened. Is there way to ‘display; none’ this in css? can’t find the class or ID.
