Now that I have finally gotten around to looking at this, I understand that I will need to upgrade to PRO as a first step, which I am more than willing to do if I can be sure that the upgrade will be safe and not cause any issues. With our festival kicking off in 4 weeks, I cannot run any risk of the website going down etc.
How likely will there be any hiccups with the upgrade to PRO?

Problem solved. No issue with the plug-in but I needed to increase memory limit.

I have just installed Advanced Editor Tools (previously TinyMCE Advanced) according to the blog you link above and it looks like this has solved the issue ??
The thing is that EME is using the classic editor while posts and pages appear in the Gutenberg mode.

I’ll definitely check this out as the next step, just wondering why I am only seeing this issue in my EME events. Posts and pages are perfectly OK.
