Hi @moeismail31
Thanks for reaching out!
This is quite strange that you’re experiencing an issue with order numbers and order visibility in your WooCommerce and Square integration.
Does this happen to all orders on your site or for specific orders containing appointments?
To be sure, can you please try to create a test order using a simple product and paid thru Square Sandbox Mode and see if this is working properly? Meaning, order can be shown under WooCommerce > Orders and having the latest order number and not old order numbers in your system.
Regarding the issue with order numbers, WooCommerce should generate a new unique order number for each transaction. If old order numbers are being used, it could be a glitch in the system or a conflict with one of your plugins.
I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:
- System Status Report which you can find via
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support
. - Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Custom Field on product page and request formHi @seotic
Thanks for reaching out!
I have product pages where there is a request quote button.
Instead of having the “Add to Cart”, I want to have an input field that allows the user to put the number of square meters he needs for this product.
If I understand correctly, you’d like to replace the
Add to Cart
button with an input field so customers can enter the number of square meters they need for a product. You also want this information to be displayed on the quote request page.Checking our marketplace, I found these premium extensions similar to what you are looknig for:
- Quote for WooCommerce – lets users add shop products to quote & get a price estimation
- Request a Quote for WooCommerce – allows your customers to add product(s) to quote basket and ask for price estimation by submitting a customizable quote form.
In addition, kindly be informed that if you want to try our products, it comes with a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need it or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to offer a full refund. You can read more about our refund policy on our website here.
Hope this helps!

Hi @kzlee
Thanks for reaching out!
I am sorry to hear that you received the error logs above when using the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
As a first step, please ensure that you are using the latest version of Facebook for WooCommerce plugin as it contains the latest updates and resolves common issues.
Unable to detect valid feed configuration: No catalog ID
This error usually appears if you are not the owner of the Business Manager and Facebook page, which is required to connect the Facebook for WooCommerce extension to Facebook.
Can you please confirm if you are both the owner and admin of the assets you are trying to connect to?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Some payment methods not showing in checkout pageThanks for reaching out!
I understand that you are not seeing the Phonepee payment gateway on your site’s checkout page.
Based on this screenshot, it seems that you are using the Checkout block here. If yes, please be informed that there are only compatible extensions that fully support the Cart and Checkout blocks. You can view them here: Compatible Extensions.
If you’re not seeing your payment gateway there, chances are it is incompatible. Here’s what you could do for Incompatible Extensions.
