I actually managed to sort the image problem out by creating a circle template on Canva and replacing the square image that we originally used, so for now all sorted as the image is a WP insert option and not part of the Countdown clock template to my knowledge.

Thank you for the quick response on the above point, the team explained why we were not getting directly to the actual review block on Google because we were testing it from our logged in owner profile which takes us to Google Business Profile instead. All sorted now as we got someone outside to test it, and all works perfectly.

Did anyone get any resolution on VFB plug in issues and problems – really sad that this plugin seems to be abandoned by the sound of it – can anyone here recommend a similar free plugin contact form that is light weight and works simply and in a similar way – guess we will have to find an alternaive as we rolled back to older version of the plug in, but this will probably cause issues soon with the newer updats of WordPress etc.

Thank you @heklaterriol I found it and installed it on the 3.0.8 version, and the problem disappeared – so all sorted, the only problem now is that I keep getting update requests in the dashboard because I have the older version installed, but I will wait for one or two more updates and then try to update, BUT I am keeping the 3.0.8 zip file for a back up just in case the same problem pops up again!

@hollypowell please tell me where you found the older version of the plugin, as I am having issues with it as well since the update – all worked perfectly well before, can one download 3.0.8 again – I don’t have a roll-back plug-in installed, and not tech-savvy enough in coding to do it manually?
